Seared ahi tuna slices with jalapeno, sesame seeds and a side of soy caramel & ponzu sauce.

ASPARAGUS SOUP

Creamy made with fresh asparagus and served with homemade croutons.

BEET CARPACCIO.

Thin beet slices with goat cheese crumbles, candied walnuts, arugula and honey balsamic reduction.

CHAR PORK CHOPS

Charbroiled bone in pork chops marinated with fresh thyme, garlic and peppercorns. Served with truffle potato mash and roasted vegetables.

GRILLED SALMON AND RISOTTO.

Creamy wild mushrooms and pancetta mix, served with grilled asparagus.

DECONSTRUCTED LEMON MERINGUE TRIFFLE

Lemon curd, crumble and topped with meringue.

Rich custard base topped with a texturally contrasting layer of hardened caramelized sugar and berries on top.
